What the score means
The 0–100 wellness score is calculated from available biometric signals and model assumptions. It is not a hormone concentration, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or proof that an intervention worked. We have not established clinical accuracy against laboratory cortisol testing.
The methodology page lists the score inputs, base weights, baseline rules, update timing and limitations. The editorial standards explain our relationship to the product and how corrections are handled.
