Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Cortisol+ account and all associated data — directly in the app, or by request if you've uninstalled. Processed within 30 days.

This page explains how to permanently delete your Cortisol+ account and all data associated with it. Cortisol+ is published by Elevated Systems LLC.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

If you still have Cortisol+ installed, you can delete your account and all of its data yourself in a few taps:

  1. Open Cortisol+.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear icon, top-right).
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account & Data.
  5. Confirm by choosing Delete Everything.

This permanently erases your account and all associated data. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleted your app already? Request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled Cortisol+ and can no longer reach the in-app option, email us and we'll delete your account for you:

  • Email: admin@elevatedsystems.info
  • Subject: Delete My Account
  • Include: the username on your Cortisol+ account, so we can locate and verify it.

We will process your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days of receiving it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your personal data from our systems, including:

  • Your profile and username
  • Health and fitness data synced to the Cortisol+ cloud (cortisol scores, HRV, sleep, and related metrics)
  • Walks and activity records
  • Social posts, friend connections, and interactions
  • Support messages and conversation history
  • Your account credentials and authentication identifiers

Nothing is retained for marketing. We do not keep a copy of your personal data to contact you or advertise to you after deletion.

What is not kept

Once your account is deleted, your personal data is gone. We do not retain profile, health, social, or support data beyond deletion, except where a narrow legal or tax obligation requires keeping a limited transaction record (for example, subscription billing records held by Apple or Google), which never includes your health data. Any anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you are not personal data and are unaffected.

Data that has already been removed cannot be recovered. If you want a copy of your information, request it before deleting your account by emailing admin@elevatedsystems.info.
